From this group we have selected only the companies that meet our strict standards. We know the top performers and we make long-term relationships that let us give you the best service. What does a trucking company tell you when one of their trucks breaks down? "We'll get it tomorrow". If that ever happens at I.C.E., we pick up the phone and call another one of our top performers. You still get the pick up done, without the worry. Trucking companies don't have that flexibility; they would have to call a competitor to get the pick-up done. Similarly, some trucking companies have to hand their freight off to two or three different carriers for destinations outside their normal range. At I.C.E. over 99% of our loads are picked up and delivered by the same company. Over 80% are picked up and delivered by the same truck! This gives you the benefit of guaranteed transit times and less handling, which means less risk and fewer worries.

A: Not usually. We give you value and flexibility. Since we provide our select carriers so much business, they give us rates better than what the average shipper can get. As a result, you get the best value for your shipping dollars. As well, we can arrange everything from Just-In-Time to cross-dock, consolidation, and "unload by hand" options. A: At I.C.E. we tell you the truth - even if it hurts. While at times we can do the 'impossible', this is not always the case. If it can be done we will tell you.
