One Stop Shipping

ICE’s brokerage services place traditional, expedited and heavy haul loads with ground carriers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. We’re passionate about making sure that each load is picked up and delivered on time – safely, reliably and in compliance. We virtually ship anything, from anywhere to anywhere, using every mode.

Ground Services – Truckload and LTL

We place thousands of shipments a year with quality carriers experienced in handling full and partial loads. Available equipment options include dry vans, refrigerated trucks and flatbeds.

Expedited and Hotshots

Time-sensitive shipments can be scheduled for same-day pickup if necessary, with 24/7 tracking and verbal POD upon delivery. Equipment options include cargo vans, straight trucks, tractor-trailers and sprinters.

Heavy Haul

Your heavy haul shipment will move by the fastest route, with an experienced driver, route surveying, permitting, pole car and escort as needed. Equipment options include tractors, flatbeds, step decks, double drops, and multi-axle beam trailers.

Ground Expedited

The majority of our expedited shipments travel by cargo van, straight truck or tractor-trailer through our network of owner operators. The drivers work closely with our in-house team to communicate the status of loads in transit, which are also tracked by GPS.

Air Expedited

There are times when it’s critical that a shipment arrives faster than ground expedited can achieve. We can arrange point-to-point air charter service, or combine it with ground transportation, for cargo capacity up to 200,000 lbs. Customers are given frequent updates through a single point of communication, even while the load is in-flight.

Cross Border Expedited

Cross-border expedited needs can deliver an integrated shipping solution that combines American, Canadian and Mexican carriers, including intra-Mexico transport. Services include documentation support at each point-of-discharge and seamless tracking.

Select Services

Certain shipments need intense care in handling, temperature control or vibration control to protect the integrity of the contents. Others require extreme security or driver training for hazardous materials. All of these solutions are expertly provided by our expedited team, as described under Pharmaceutical/Temperature Control, High Value/High Security and Special Care/Kid Glove Services.

Domestic Shipping

Offering domestic transportation solutions for same-day, next-day, two-day, and three-day delivery, as well as cost-sensitive (deferred or TL) shipments. We can arrange dedicated aircraft or exclusive-use vehicles if required, manage on-site asset retrieval, and customize logistics to meet your company’s minority or diversity goals.

International Shipping

Our global logistics experts provide a complete range of international services that include import and export logistics for time-critical air, time-sensitive air, and cost-sensitive ocean shipments. Letters of credit, shipper letters of instruction, certificates of origin, sight drafts and other documents are handled through a single point of contact.

Volume Efficiencies

When you bundle your shipping, you can qualify for volume discounts on Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and full Truckload (TL) loads. Our carriers are all reliable, safe and professional. Freight Management

The vast majority of the traffic ICE handles – greater than 85% – crosses the US-Canada border (crossborder) and so ICE makes an excellent partner for US shippers who have little or no experience shipping to Canada. Consolidation on either side of the borders also allows for a significant savings allowing for the domestic rate implementation.
